Engineered a cross-platform project collaboration interface, featuring task management, team discussions, and real-time notifications. Developed a data-driven analytics dashboard to quantify team efficiency with leaderboards and performance metrics, enabling proactive, HR-style workforce insights.
LipSync — CNN Lip Reading Model (Research Presented)
Implemented a lip-reading system using GRID dataset. Preprocessed video frames with OpenCV, extracted features, and trained 3D CNN for speech recognition. Built interactive Streamlit UI for real-time testing.

Fluxion — Gesture-based Device Control + Logging
Developed a real-time gesture recognition interface to control brightness/volume. Implemented landmark detection, gesture mapping, and SQLite logging to analyze user interactions for adaptive improvements.

Developed an Android meditation app with customizable music, themes, timers, animations, and user profiles. Added session logs for daily meditation streak tracking. Exported APK for end-user distribution.

Designed a secure password management system with encryption, randomized password generation, master password authentication, and backup/recovery via file handling. Implemented platforms in Java and C.

Built an IoT-enabled smart retail shelf integrating ultrasonic, IR, and weight sensors with NodeMCU + Arduino. Implemented real-time inventory monitoring, to enable consumer behavior logging and ML-powered demand prediction.
